Following guidelines, we have made some changes on how you can collect your online orders:
In England - From Thursday 5 November to Wednesday 2 December, you can collect pre-paid online orders from an Argos store or Argos store within a Sainsbury's supermarket. Argos stores will pass you your order at the door.
In Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland - You can continue to collect from any Argos store or Argos store within a Sainsbury's supermarket.
The Argos website is open as usual and still offering fast delivery. For items available with same day Fast Track delivery choose from a choice of time slots based on your location. To protect our customers and colleagues, orders will be delivered to your doorstep, and left in a safe and sensible location.
Delivery of larger items (things that need two people to get it to you, like sofas and beds) is also now available, allowing us to deliver to your room of choice where it’s safe to do so. Our friendly drivers will contact you on the day, to discuss delivering your order. If you are self-isolating, please make us aware so we can rearrange your delivery date.

No - we are still offering home delivery for many of our items, including our pre-ordered consoles. You’ll receive a text from us nearer the date of delivery to remind you as well as a tracking number from the courier before delivery too.
Your order will be delivered to your doorstep in a safe and sensible location, and large items will be taken to your room of choice where it’s safe to do so. Our friendly drivers will contact you on the day, to discuss delivering your large items - if you are self-isolating, please make us aware so we can rearrange your delivery date.
We’re currently experiencing high demand across a number of categories. As a result, we have fewer delivery slots available. We’re working hard across all sites to help customers get what they need at this time.
For the safety of our customers and colleagues, we’ve temporarily reduced the products we can offer for home delivery. We still have lots of products available for doorstep delivery, and they’ll be left in a safe and sensible location.

Absolutely, you can continue to shop online as normal. When you're ready to checkout, follow the instructions to choose our home delivery option or pick up at your nearest available collection point. If you are coming into store to collect, we recommend doing so whilst picking up your essential food shopping. We have also made some changes to our stores, which you can find here.

No probs – you can extend your online collection window in the Recent Orders section of Your Account.
For reservations, you can extend by an extra 2 days. And if you’ve paid online you get an extra 7 days.
Just to note, you can't extend your Click & Collect window on Tu Clothing orders or if you ordered your item to a Sainsbury's collection point.

Yes. For the safety of our customers and colleagues, we use our 2-man delivery service for larger items like sofas. Our friendly drivers will contact you on the day, to discuss delivering your order safely. If you are self-isolating, please make us aware so we can rearrange your delivery date. Our recycling service is still unavailable, so we’re unable to take away any old appliances or mattresses at this time.

Pay online, collect in-store
? You pay up-front when you check out online, just like a regular Click & Collect service (or often we’ll be able to go one better and you can get it that same day).
? When you place your order, you’ll be advised which store you can collect your order from.
? You’ll receive a text or email with your collection reference, which you’ll need to have when you collect your order.
? We’ll hold your item for 7 days and you can extend this for another 7 days (just go to Your Account).
? If you paid using your Argos Card, you'll need to bring this card with you when you collect your order. This is so we can verify your identity and protect your account.
? For the safety of our customers and colleagues, you will need to follow the social distancing recommendations and may need to queue before entering the supermarket.
Our online reservation option is currently unavailable. You can order and pay in-store, but to keep your visit as short and safe as possible, we recommend you purchase your items online, for collection in store. Or you can order online for fast home delivery.
The best thing to do is to wait for your 'ready to collect' email, which you'll need to bring with you in digital or paper form anyway. On this email you'll find all the details about telling you exactly where to go once you're inside the store (as well as the store address, opening hours and lots of other handy info!).

We may not always be able to leave an order in a safe place or with a neighbour. A signature may be needed for high value orders or those delivered via our delivery partners.
If you’re not in to receive a delivery our driver may take a photograph of your address.

The quickest way to get them to you is with separate deliveries. (Don’t worry – you only have to pay the one delivery charge.) Just check your order confirmation email for more info.
We deliver across mainland UK and Northern Ireland. For smaller items we can also deliver to the Scottish Islands, Isles of Scilly and the Isle of Man. Where goods are delivered directly by our suppliers we do not always have access to current stock levels and delivery restrictions may apply to Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands.
